1. Feature Article: Immunity's Message - Permanently Stop Getting Sick!
The Imp is really hoppin' up and down with excitement today!
But before I let him share what it's all about, I want to ask you,
"What do you value most?"
Tony Robbins in 'Awaken the Giant Within' says that he once
held 'Passion' as his top value and created burnout. He replaced
'Passion' with ‘Health’ and chose to take greater care of him-
self. Passion was still a treasured value – it just didn’t come
first in the ranking.
I'm well aware that 'Health' is my top value, too – without it I
couldn’t do the things I want to do. It was the reason I left a
high-stress job and the big city. I could write this article
about Health and say I'm living proof of what a healthy life
style is BUT I'm not a recognized authority.
